Welcome to Berwyn
A family-centric small town with a strong sense of community.
Located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Berwyn is part of Philadelphia’s Main Line. In 1877, the town was named after the majestic Berwyn Hills in Denbighshire, Wales, by Welsh settlers. Around a half-hour drive from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia, Berwyn is perfect for people who want to live in a small town while at the same time staying close to a big city.
Berwyn is known for its collection of private, colossal luxury mansions and estates with considerable lawn and yard space. Many of these extravagant homes feature characteristics pertaining to Old World-style architecture, although there are also newer, more modern homes.
